規約｜日本語

C-CHILD CAREに滞在し、その施設を利用することにより、定期的であるか一時的であるかにかかわらず、以下に氏名と署名が記載されている顧客は、私が以下の一般条件を読み、理解し、同意したことを意味します。

1. All parents and guardians must register before their children/ward can enter.
   すべての保護者は、子供／被保護者が入場する前に登録しなければならない。
2. Parents and guardians are required to disclose any special needs or medical attention of the child prior to registration. Children with special needs are to be accompanied by a parent / guardian. The parent/guardian shall be responsible for all consequences arising from such condition while in the premises.
   特別な配慮が必要なお子様については、登録前にお知らせください。特別な配慮が必要なお子様には、保護者方の付き添いが必要になります。保護者は、すべての結果に対して責任を負うものとします。
3. The Parent/Guardian shall ensure that at least one of the phone numbers provided is accessible for the entire duration of the child’s stay inside C-CHILD CARE.
   保護者は、C-CHILD CAREにお子様が滞在している間、電話対応ができるようにしていただきます。
4. For the protection of the children, only the guardian or the parent who is registered can pick up the child. We will only release your child to people with whom you have given authorization on the registration form and they will be responsible for their child after release from staff member.
   お子様をお迎えは、お子様保護のため、登録された保護者の方のみとさせていただきます。また、お子様をピックアップされた後は、保護者の方の責任となります。
5. Guardians must be eighteen (18) years old and above and must supervise the child at all times and is responsible for the child even while in the premises of C-CHILD CARE.
   保護者は18歳以上とします。また、保護者様は、送迎時において、C-CHILD CARE敷地内であっても、常にお子様を監督し、お子様に対する責任を負います。
6. Adults who need to accompany their kids inside must wear socks at all times when inside the area and should refrain from making loud noise or use of vulgar words. Adults who are just waiting for their kids to finish their activities are to stay outside the premises and must come back 5 minutes before the time.
   お子様と一緒に入場される大人は、場内では常に靴下を着用し、大声で騒いだり、下品な言葉を使ったりしないでください。また、お迎え時には外でお待ちいただくようお願いします。
7. Parents/guardians are encouraged to pick up their children at the appointed time. Applicable rates will be charged when the child remains in the area for more than five minutes after the end of the appointed time. Adults can drop their kids off five five minutes before the time, applicable rates will be charged if the kid is earlier than the five-minutes given. If the child is not claimed upon closing hours, the management shall turn over the child to relevant government agency or the appropriate non-governmental organization.
   保護者の方は、指定された時間にお子様をお迎えに来てください。5分以上滞在される場合は、追加料金の対象となります。保護者の方は、5分前であれば、お子様をお連れしていただく事が可能です。閉館時間になってもお子様のお迎えがない場合、関連政府機関または適切な非政府組織に連絡します。
8. Nine (9) years old and above are not allowed to enter the play area.
   9歳以上の方のプレイエリアへの入場はご遠慮ください。
9. Eating and drinking must be done only in the waiting area.
   飲食は指定場所のみで行っていただきます。
10. Customers are requested to help maintain the cleanliness of the area, and to refrain from leaving trash or spitting within the area.
    ゴミの放置、唾の吐き捨ては禁止です。
11. Sharp objects including accessories and toys are not allowed inside and should be removed before admission into the area to prevent injuries.
    アクセサリーや玩具を含む鋭利な物の持ち込みは禁止です。
12. The customers shall be responsible for any of their personal items or valuables when inside the premises. The management and staff shall not be responsible for the items lost in the premises.
    当施設内におけるお客様の私物・貴重品の管理は、お客様の責任において行っていただきます。管理者及びスタッフは、施設内での紛失物について責任を負いません。
13. Adults and kids are not allowed to take out the toys and other equipment from the premises.
    大人も子供もおもちゃやその他の備品を持ち出すことは禁止です。
14. Parents/ guardians shall be responsible for any damage to property and/or injury to others, caused by their child while in play area.
    保護者は、お子様がプレイエリア内で発生させた物的損害および他者への傷害に対して責任を負うものとします。
15. The management shall not reimburse payment in the events that cannot be avoided like disaster or danger in the surroundings that may cause use of facility to be cut short.
    災害または周囲の危険等、施設の利用を中断させるような不可抗力的な事態が発生した場合、弁済を行わないものとします。
16. Parents and guardians are required to immediately take action to end any violent behavior of their children that may lead to their injury or injure other children in the area.
    保護者は、児童の暴力行為によって児童が怪我をしたり、周囲の児童が怪我をしたりする恐れがある場合、直ちにその行為をやめさせるための措置を講じる必要があります。
17. Running inside the area must be avoided as this may lead to injury.
    託児所内、敷地内を走ることは、怪我につながる可能性があるため禁止です。
18. The management may refuse entry or remove from the area, children who exhibit inappropriate behavior without refund.
    不適切な行為を行った児童に対し、払い戻しなく入場を拒否、または退場させることができるものとします。
19. For our customers safety, children who are suffering from flu, cough, colds, skin diseases or are afflicted by other injuries and infectious diseases are requested to postpone their visit to C-CHILD CARE, and in the exercise of prudence, C-CHILD CARE may also refuse admission for this reason.
    お客様の安全のため、インフルエンザ、咳、風邪、皮膚病、その他の怪我や感染症に罹患しているお子様は、C-CHILD CAREへの利用をご遠慮いただきます。
20. In case the child has visible symptoms of sickness, does not feel well, or has a 37.5 temperature, the management will call the parents/guardian for pick up without refund. (Refer to other regulation stipulated in a different section [page] while COVID-19 pandemic is prevalent.)
    目に見える病気の症状がある場合、気分が優れない場合、体温が37.5度の場合は、払い戻しをせずに保護者にお迎えを要請します。(COVID-19パンデミックが流行している間、別項[ページ]に規定されているその他の規定を参照)
21. In the event of emergencies, parents/guardian shall be called to fetch their child/children.
    緊急事態が発生した場合は、保護者に連絡し、お子様を迎えに来てもらうものとします。
22. Our staff are trained to handle children. In the event of accidents, our staff may administer standard first aid measures, and/or seek medical attention if necessary. We undertake reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and welfare of your children. By availing our services, parents and guardians agree to free from any liability the management, employees, staff and agents of C-CHILD CARE from any incidents, accidents, injuries, and death that may occur beyond our control and without fault on our part.
    スタッフは、お子様を取り扱うための訓練を受けています。事故が発生した場合、スタッフは標準的な応急処置を施し、必要に応じて医師の診察を受けることがあります。私たちは、お子様の安全と福祉を確保するために合理的な努力を行います。当施設のサービスをご利用いただくことにより、保護者の皆様は、当施設の過失によらず、当施設の管理範囲外で発生した事件、事故、怪我、死亡について、当施設の経営陣、従業員、スタッフ、代理人が一切の責任を負わないことに同意したものとみなされます。
23. C-CHILD CARE and its employees shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries or losses that take place inside or outside the facility.
    C-CHILD CAREおよびその従業員は、施設内外で発生した事故、傷害、損失について一切の責任を負いません。
24. Kids can borrow t-shirt or shorts if necessary and must be returned within 3 days or will have the penalty of P200.
    子供たちは必要に応じてTシャツやショーツを借りることができますが、3日以内に返却しなければ200ペソを請求します。
25. Parents must notify C-CHILD CARE in writing if there are changes with address or phone numbers for us to have current information on your child in case of emergency.
    緊急時にお子様の最新の情報を把握するため、住所や電話番号に変更があった場合は、必ず書面でC-CHILD CAREまでお知らせください。
26. These rules and regulations shall form part of the contract for the use of facilities.
    本規約は、施設利用契約の一部を構成するものとする。
27. Guardians are requested to follow all instructions and notices from the areas facility staff.
    保護者は、各施設の係員の指示、注意事項に従ってください。
28. When you take photos and videos of your child, please be very careful not to include other children at C-CHILD CARE. When or if other children are in your pictures or videos, please do not post them on blogs, SNS and other Internet related postings. We also ask not to use them for Non-Internet public usages. There are guardians and parents who do not wish their child to appear on public contents and scenes for privacy protection reasons.
    お子様の写真や動画を撮影される場合は、他のお子様が写り込まないように十分ご注意ください。他のお子様が写っている場合、ブログやSNSなどインターネット上の投稿はご遠慮ください。また、インターネット以外での使用もご遠慮ください。保護者の方の中には、プライバシー保護の観点から、お子様を公共のコンテンツやシーンに登場させたくないとお考えの方もいらっしゃいます。
